What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the migration of data from legacy systems into Databricks
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to optimize data processes
- Write, edit, and maintain SQL and Python code for data validation and reporting
- Assist in integrating legacy data sources with the Databricks data warehouse
- Provide training and support to team members on data entry and reporting tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years of analytical experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Ability to document workflows, decisions, issues, and resolutions clearly
- Excellent communication skills for ongoing stakeholder engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data entry and regulatory reporting tools such as Workiva
- Familiarity with data modeling within Databricks
- Background in healthcare analytics or reporting
