About the Role

This position can be performed remotely within the United States.

We are seeking a general assignment reporter to write daily news stories on corporate litigation, criminal cases, the legal industry, and federal and state legislative, regulatory, and enforcement actions.

Requirements

• At least one year of full-time, paid reporting experience
• Strong reporting and writing skills

Preferences

• Experience covering criminal law
• Experience reporting for a legal audience
• Experience working a beat
