Job summary

Retail & Consumer Goods is seeking a Replenishment and Planning Analyst to join the Planning & Replenishment organization in Rogers, AR. This onsite role supports Sales and customer inventory planning, focusing on accuracy of orders and inventory metrics.

You will influence end-to-end replenishment processes, coordinate Direct Import replenishment from Asia with Hong Kong customer service, and contribute to weekly forecasts and S&OP discussions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel (Power User).
• Direct replenishment experience in a highly seasonal, long lead time setting.
• Minimum 2+ years in sales analysis or merchandise planning/buying.
• Strong analytical ability to coordinate diverse data and drive action.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store in-stock metrics by influencing end-to-end order processes and reviewing daily orders.
• Drive Direct Import replenishment from Asia by partnering with the Hong Kong customer service team.
• Support forecasting by analyzing sales trends to improve weekly item-level POS projections.
• Own consumption execution by driving weekly shipping plans by item and channel.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to present POS demand forecast and align cross-functional plans.
