Job summary

EPITEC in Rogers, AR seeks a Replenishment & Planning Analyst to support replenishment, forecasting, inventory planning, and order fulfillment for a key retail account. You will work with Sales, Inventory Planning, Customer Service, and retail partners to analyze demand and improve product availability.

The role involves analyzing POS data, developing item-level forecasts, and collaborating with S&OP teams to align forecasts with inventory plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, merchandise buying/planning, replenishment, inventory planning, or related field.
• Direct replenishment planning experience in a highly seasonal environment with long lead times.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate multiple sources of information and recommend corrective actions.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple functional areas and organizational levels.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to translate data and business trends into actionable recommendations.
• A process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end order and replenishment process, including order creation, daily review, PO accuracy, and fill-rate optimization.
• Monitor store in-stock performance and identify opportunities to improve product availability.
• Support Direct Import business and coordinate with international Customer Service teams.
• Analyze sales trends to improve weekly item-level POS forecasts and projections.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and retail partners to align demand forecasts and inventory plans.
• Develop weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support POS forecasts and future orders.
• Participate in consensus forecasting meetings and present POS demand forecasts and data findings.
• Partner with cross-functional S&OP teams to support monthly consensus forecasting.
• Participate in collaborative forecasting meetings with Sales, Buyers, and Replenishment Managers.
• Present business findings and recommend actions to support seasonal demand and inventory objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve replenishment, forecasting, and planning processes.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Replenishment & Planning Analyst to support replenishment, sales forecasting, inventory management, planning, and order fulfillment for a key retail account. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Inventory Planning, Customer Service, and retail partners to analyze demand, improve product availability, and support effective inventory and shipping plans.
The Business Analyst will analyze sales trends and point-of-sale (POS) data, develop item-level forecasts, support replenishment activities, and help ensure inventory is positioned to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities May Include

• Supporting the end-to-end order and replenishment process, including order creation, daily order review, purchase order accuracy, and fill-rate optimization.
• Monitoring store in-stock performance and identifying opportunities to improve product availability.

You’ll Have

• Experience working with POS data and item-level demand forecasting.
• Experience supporting S&OP or collaborative forecasting processes.
