Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Newtown is recruiting a Replenishment Manager to own stock flow and replenishment across the store. This hands-on leadership role will keep shelves full, manage deliveries to the shop floor, and ensure products are in the right place at the right time.

You will lead a small team, plan for early mornings and weekends, drive availability and productivity targets, and respond quickly to changing stock levels while maintaining a safe, tidy environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail, warehouse, or logistics.
• Understanding of stock control, deliveries, and replenishment processes.
• Hands-on, roll-your-sleeves-up approach.

It’s a permanent, full-time role, with flexibility required across early mornings and weekends because great availability never sleeps!
