Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Floor Manager for a new store in Newtown. This permanent, full‑time leadership role puts you at the heart of a fast‑paced retail environment, owning the shop floor and delivering a great customer experience each day.

You will lead a team across days, evenings and weekends, keeping standards high and driving performance while coaching colleagues to develop their skills and contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Strong coaching and motivation skills.
• Excellent customer service focus and standards.
• Results-oriented with attention to targets and sales KPIs.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.

• Drive sales and KPIs, spotting opportunities to improve performance
• Stay one step ahead, plan, adapt and react to the pace of the day
• Help your team grow through coaching, feedback and support
