Job summary

Event Network, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Planning Manager to lead inventory planning, forecast open-to-buy, and optimize replenishment across multiple sites. You will partner with senior leaders to drive sales, margins, and in-stock performance while guiding the Replenishment Analyst.

The role requires 3+ years in planning, a strong Excel and forecasting toolkit, and the ability to manage large bulk and import buys in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in merchandise planning or replenishment roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, marketing, or business.
• Strong planning, forecasting, and inventory management knowledge.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach junior staff.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; comfortable with planning and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise planning and inventory strategy.
