Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail planning or similar experience.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to interpret business trends and translate findings into action.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across sales, planning, merchandising, supply planning, and account teams.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand across replenishment programs to monthly forecasts down to the style/color level.
• Partner with inventory supply planning to support proper inventory flow and fill-rate goals.
• Support end-of-month shipment goals, inventory ownership targets, and replenishment initiatives.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and replenishment performance reporting for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across sales, planning, digital, merchandising and retail teams to align on strategies and goals.
• Identify and execute opportunities across replenishment product offerings, assortments, and inventory levels.
