Nile Commerce is seeking an Associate Replenishment Manager who owns daily in-stock monitoring and turns raw data into a clear, credible point of view for clients. This role works closely with client teams and Walmart replenishment counterparts to keep the whole chain moving.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail replenishment, supply chain, merchandising, category analysis, or a closely related area.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups with large data sets.
• Analytical instincts; you notice when a number looks wrong and you dig in.
• Clear written communication since much of this job is turning data into a client-facing view.
• Reliability and follow-through; in-stock issues don’t wait.
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver weekly reporting to assigned clients, flagging concerns, risks, and notable trends.
• Monitor in-stock performance daily on assigned items and drive issues to resolution.
• Support OTIF performance, tracking fill rate and on-time shipment metrics and identifying root causes when they slip.
• Assist with demand forecasting and replenishment analysis by updating monthly forecasting files.
• Help maintain a regular cadence with client teams and Walmart replenishment counterparts.
• Build proficiency across Retail Link, Scintilla, Supplier One, NOVA and other applications.
• Coordinate and track new item setups, promotional planning, and cross-functional work.
