Job summary

Creatorsworkhere is seeking an Inventory Planning & Replenishment Analyst to support daily replenishment execution and improve data quality, reporting, and decision-making that drive inventory performance.

The role works across Merchants, Item Master, BI/Looker, Vendors, Warehouse Operations, and Finance to identify issues, resolve exceptions, and strengthen inventory planning. On-site collaboration 3 days a week; standard 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory planning, replenishment, purchasing, demand planning, retail operations, or supply chain.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large SKU-level datasets.
• Ability to analyze inventory issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical actions.

Responsibilities

• Replenishment & PO Execution: Review daily replenishment needs using WOS targets, run-rate, lead time, and demand trends.
• Release purchase orders based on planning logic and priorities; validate system recommendations.
• Monitor back-orders and vendor constraints; escalate in-stock risks.
• Item Master & Planning Data Accuracy: Ensure item attributes are accurate and updated; fix missing/incorrect data.
• Data governance: identify recurring data-quality issues and recommend improvements.
• Exception Management & Root-Cause Analysis: Own exception review for aged inventory, overstock, and open POs; perform root-cause analysis.
• Merchant & Cross-Functional Support: Partner with Merchants; provide data-backed inventory recommendations.
• Reporting, KPI Support & Process Improvement: Review KPIs; build/revise reports; improve replenishment logic.
