Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is seeking an Account Representative in Oklahoma City to act as the liaison between Hertz and fleet partners, managing accounts and driving revenue growth.

You’ll support Fleet Account Managers, apply problem-solving skills, and help implement process improvements while delivering premier service to internal and external customers. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Experience with Hertz Local Edition (HLE) and Hertz systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Hertz and fleet accounts, managing relationships and revenue growth.
• Support Fleet Account Managers with daily operations and customer needs using strong problem-solving skills.
• Lead training sessions for new-hire Fleet Accounts personnel to improve competencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver premier service to internal and external customers.
• Support fleet partners from reservation through invoicing and lifecycle management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Job Description

Day in Life: The Account Representative will work as a direct representative and liaison for Hertz Rental Car. This role will act as the facilitator and single point of contact between Hertz and the fleet company. The Account Representative’s main responsibility will be account management along with increasing revenue and market share.

This position starts at $18 hour commensurate of experience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop a thorough understanding of rental and fleet operating systems.
• Support Fleet Account Managers by applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to daily operations and customer needs.
• Enhance training and facilitation skills by regularly conducting new-hire training sessions for Fleet Accounts.
• Collaborate with a diverse team dedicated to delivering premier service to both internal and external customers.
• Support Fleet partners throughout the rental lifecycle, from reservation creation through invoicing.
• Learn to develop and implement process improvements that streamline tasks and increase operational efficiency.
• Communicate professionally with Vice Presidents, C-suite executives, and other key stakeholders within client organizations.

What We’re Looking For
