Vivacity Tech PBC is seeking a Repairs Lead to oversee a team of Operation Associates focused on full cycle computer repairs, including intake, repairs, and quality assurance. The role includes hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to improve processes within a busy shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop team members towards successful performance in their roles.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
• Create and monitor schedules and time cards.
• Resolve employee issues and disputes, partnering with the P+C team when necessary.
• Research and propose new processes or projects for the team, implementing upon approval.
• Complete and guide teammates through computer repair process and quality assurance.
