Job summary

Vivacity Tech PBC is seeking a Repair Technician (Operations Associate) to support the day-to-day execution of the pre-deployment process, ensuring assets are prepared, processed, and moved efficiently. You will contribute to seamless workflows across departments and adapt to other areas as business needs dictate.

You will troubleshoot hardware issues, perform repairs, and assist with production, inventory, and related functions while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot device issues and assist/train others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot device issues using notes to identify source of error and assign repair grade.
• Complete computer repair process, cleaning, removing, and replacing parts with provided tools.
• Verify outgoing deliveries meet quality standards and prepare shipments.
• Cross trained in production, warehouse, inventory, and repairs as needed.
• Learn and follow receiving and inventory count procedures to maintain stock Levels.
• Present updates and data to designated lead and uphold safety standards.
