Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a 2nd shift production role in Bentonville, AR. You will perform setup, testing and modular repairs on entire units, maintaining precise records and following test procedures to ensure quality.
The position requires basic math, some computer knowledge, and ability to work on a production line with team collaboration. Pay starts at $17.25/hour with a $1.00 shift differential; on-site role with standard production expectations.

Under minimal supervision, perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes. This is a 2nd Shift Position: Sun-Thur 3pm-11:30pm. Onsite role based out of Bentonville, AR.
Performs setup, testing and modular level repair to whole units. Maintains accurate record keeping for individual repairs. Uses custom software testing suites to diagnose/validate hardware failure. Recognizes failures, follows engineering changes, and determines appropriate action. Uses equipment such as a voltmeter, computer, and special test fixtures. Maintains production and quality output standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
General math skills.
Preferred: Experience as a production assembler, having performed assembly operations to required quality levels and job standards.
Some knowledge of computers and test equipment is required.
Manual dexterity and visual coordination are required.
Prior use of various hand tools.
Ability to stand and sit on production line throughout the shift.
Works well with others.
Experience with Word, Excel, Web Surfing.
Pay: $17.25/hour + $1.00 shift differential.
