Innovative Technology Ltd is seeking an experienced Repair Technician for our Suwanee office in Atlanta, GA. You will work on identifying faults, repairing devices to current specs, and conducting firmware tests to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include documenting repair data and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. You should bring electronics/mechanical repair experience, soldering skills, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools to support

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic and mechanical repairs and soldering.
• Good communication skills under pressure and tight timescales.
• PC literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify electrical and mechanical faults using test equipment and procedures.
• Repair, upgrade and rework devices to latest specs.
• Undertake bug fixes and servicing to restore functionality.
• Conduct firmware/software tests per standard protocols at final inspections.
• Record repair data in Remedy and capture key values for reports in QlikView.
• Follow Health & Safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
