Job summary

鴻海精密工業股份有限公司 is seeking a detail-oriented Repair Technician to perform component-level rework and repair on PCBs. The role requires hands-on experience with soldering irons and thermal equipment to meet production UPH and quality yield standards.

You will perform component removal and replacement, with emphasis on micro-soldering for SMT assemblies, while consistently hitting production targets with a focus on yield and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair, PCB rework, or PCB assembly diagram reading.
• Proficient with soldering irons and heat guns; micro-soldering capability preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain high yield under UPH targets.

• Soldering & Rework: remove/replace components with soldering irons and hot air tools.
• Micro-soldering on fine-pitch SMT assemblies.
• Meet or exceed UPH quotas while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Soldering & Rework: Perform component removal, replacement, and touch-ups using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and related tools.
• Micro-soldering: Execute precision micro-soldering on fine-pitch components and surface-mount technology (SMT) assemblies.
• Production Targets: Consistently meet or exceed established UPH (Units Per Hour) quotas while maintaining strict yield/quality standards.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Practical experience in electronics repair, PCB rework, or PCB assembly diagram reading.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with soldering irons, heat guns, and thermal tools. Strong preference for micro-soldering capabilities.
• Efficiency & Focus: Highly detail-oriented with a proven track record of maintaining high yield rates under target UPH constraints.
