The candidate will perform component removal, replacement, and touch-ups, with a focus on precision micro-soldering for SMT assemblies, while consistently meeting production targets and quality expectations on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics repair or PCB rework.
• Ability to read PCB assembly diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with soldering and thermal equipment.

Responsibilities

• Soldering & Rework: Remove, replace, and touch-up components using soldering irons and hot air tools.
• Micro-soldering: Perform precision micro-soldering on fine-pitch SMT assemblies.
• Production Targets: Meet or exceed UPH quotas while maintaining yield and quality.
