Blue Ocean Inc. in Texas seeks a hands-on Laptop and Desktop Repair Technician to diagnose and repair hardware issues, replace defective components, and assist with product inspection and testing.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, follow established processes in a fast-paced environment, and learn repair and diagnostic skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with benefits including medical and dental insurance, PTO, 401(k) match, bonuses, and annual salary adjustment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible with hands-on tasks.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer components.
• Some experience with PC assembly/disassembly preferred.
• Willing to learn repair and diagnostic skills.
• Able to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Testing and repairing Laptops and Desktops
2. Identify hardware-related issues and replace defective components when needed
3. Disassembling and reassembling computers and related devices
4. Assist with product inspection, testing, and functional verification
