Job summary

Blue Ocean Inc. is seeking a hands-on Hardware Technician to join our North America-based team. You will test and repair laptops and desktops, and support inspection and diagnostics in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has basic PC hardware knowledge, experience with assembling/disassembling PCs, and a willingness to learn repair techniques. You will operate within our logistics-focused service setup.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, careful, and responsible with hands-on tasks.
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware and computer components.
• Some experience with PC assembly/disassembly preferred.
• Willing to learn repair and diagnostic skills.
• Able to follow processes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Testing and repairing Laptops and Desktops
• Identify hardware-related issues and replace defective components when needed
• Disassembling and reassembling computers and related devices
• Assist with product inspection, testing, and functional verification
• Any other tasks/projects assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing and repairing Laptops and Desktops
