Job summary

A local repair services company in California seeks a Repair Technician who enjoys hands-on work and solving problems creatively. The ideal candidate will have an attention to detail and a strong work ethic, with experience in related fields or hobbies. This role involves repairing various surfaces to save customers from costly replacements. A 2-year commitment to training is required, alongside collaborative teamwork and customer service skills. Qualifications

• Art background helpful, but color blindness is disqualifying.
• Must commit to at least a 2-year training process.

Requirements

• Experience of working with your hands, whether that’s in construction, manufacturing or even a hobby.
• Having experience working in facilities maintenance can be very helpful, but not necessary.
• It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
• The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2‑year commitment.

Repair Technician

The ideal applicant is someone who finds pride in their work and enjoys fixing things. Most of our customers are faced with replacing their counter, floor, tub or other hard surface. As a repair tech we can repair the damage saving them the hassle and cost of replacement.
