We’re seeking an experienced Service and Warranty Technician to handle customer service calls, perform exterior repairs, and uphold our industry-leading standards in the DC/Baltimore and Northern Virginia regions.

This role is perfect for a roofing mechanic or exterior technician with a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a dedication to quality craftsmanship.

Ideal candidates should live within a 30-mile radius of either our Fulton, MD or Chantilly, VA office locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and service repairs on roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, and skylights
• Diagnose issues and complete on-site inspections for existing customers
• Make repairs using appropriate tools, materials, and safety practices
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff to ensure smooth job completion
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely and effective service
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• Experience with exterior residential systems: roofing, siding, gutters, doors, and windows
• Ability to independently operate and set up a 40-foot extension ladder
• Comfortable and safe working on pitched roofs
• Strong troubleshooting and leak detection skills
• Physically able to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in roofing repair: shingles, metal, membrane systems
• Proficiency with siding and gutter repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
• Tech-savvy or willing to learn mobile tools/apps for job documentation
