A Music & Arts Repair Ops Specialist is responsible for submitting customer repair estimates, coordinating repair billing, processing repair vendor invoices, troubleshooting repair tracker issues, calculating department reporting and metrics, monitoring repair tracker input accuracy, preparing commission payouts, and managing billing with 3rd party repair shops and affiliates.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong Microsoft Office knowledge and a basic understanding of musical instruments and their components. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as with a team are also essential qualities for the successful Repair OPS specialist.

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hr depending on location, background and experience.
