Job summary

TK Elevator in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Service/Repair to oversee field operations, audits, and repairs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective service delivery. The role requires leadership, problem solving, and strong communication with management and customers.

You will mentor mechanics, review cost data, and ensure compliance with federal and state elevator codes. A valid driver’s license is required and extensive company training is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined with two years of branch-level management experience.
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to management and customers.
• Ability to analyze data, define problems and draw valid conclusions.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Visits job sites and performs quality audits to ensure route work is cost effective.
• Assists mechanics with jobs and provides on-the-job training.
• Reviews route profitability using accounting reports and provides feedback to management.
• Participates in safety training and ensures compliance with codes.
• Provides technical input on scope of work and materials for bids.
