We are currently seeking a self-motivated, multi-tasking Hydraulic Mechanic for our repair shop in Aurora, CO.

Your responsibilities include:

• Disassemble machinery or equipment for repairs
• Inspect parts for defects such as breakage or wear
• Identify required parts and provide evaluation reports to sales
• Repair or replace malfunctioning components
• Clean, lubricate, or adjust parts and machinery
• Maintain operational condition of industrial equipment
• Reassemble equipment after repairs and inspections
• Operate repaired machinery to verify repairs
• Cut and weld metal to repair or fabricate parts
• Document repairs and maintenance activities
• Study blueprints or manuals for proper installation and operation
• Diagnose issues using test results and error messages
• Order parts and materials as needed
• Test machinery operation to identify malfunctions
• Demonstrate equipment functions to operators
• Program computer-controlled machinery

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Mechanical experience, preferably in hydraulic repair
• Hydraulics repair course from an accredited college or equivalent experience (preferred)
