Job summary

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico, seeks an experienced Repair & Maintenance 2- with Electrical license to oversee maintenance of guestrooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas, ensuring a safe, attractive, well-maintained property.

The role requires a high school or technical diploma, English and Spanish fluency, and a PR electrical license; five to six years in maintenance trades and hospitality experience preferred; Windows PC knowledge is also expected.

• Ability to speak English and Spanish.
• Computer knowledge (Windows platform).

Job Description

Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Repair & Maintenance 2- with License on Electrical is responsible for the overall maintenance of the guestrooms, public spaces and back of the house areas to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.

Qualifications

Education And Skills

• High school, Vocational or Technical school graduate
• Ability to speak English and Spanish
• Computer knowledge (windows platform)

Experience

• Required experience in maintenance trades, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.
• At least five to six years of progressive experience in hotel or related field required.
• Some hospitality experience preferred.
