Job summary

Residence Inn San Juan Capistrano is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance department and oversee all building systems, equipment, and property upkeep. You will ensure safety, preventive maintenance, and repair standards while supervising a team of maintenance professionals.

You will manage daily operations, respond to urgent issues, and coordinate with hotel leadership to maintain a safe, guest-ready environment. This hands-on role requires strong technical knowledge and leadership.

Qualifications
