U‑Haul is seeking a Repair Dispatch Manager in Temecula to coordinate maintenance, dispatch mobile technicians and monitor equipment in the field. You will liaise with centers, shops and vendors to ensure timely repairs and quality work across our fleet.

The role requires on-call availability, strong mechanical know‑how and professional communication. Excellent computer skills and dependable attendance are essential for success in a busy field operation.

• Develop and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Review and audit repair records for accuracy.
• Monitor external garages for quality of work on equipment.

Repair Dispatch Manager Primary Responsibilities

• Liaise among marketing companies, centers, repair shops, vendors and occasionally customers.
• Route and schedule mobile repair technicians to complete needed repairs.
• Monitor equipment in the field to strategically plan maintenance.
• Work closely with Roadside Assistance Team members.
• Organize maintenance campaigns and initiatives.
• Prospect and maintain relationships with service providers
• Review and audit repair records.
• Monitor outside garages for quality of work performed on U‑Haul rental equipment.
• Team Members are expected to willingly lend assistance in additional areas as necessary, following the directives and guidance of their supervisor.

Dispatch Manager minimum qualifications

• Ability to work on call
• General mechanical knowledge
• Communicate professionally and eager to collaborate with others.
• Proficient computer skills (especially Microsoft Office)
• Reasonable and predictable attendance

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion, such as long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.

Pay Range is: $5,858.67 - $6,800.00 Monthly
