Job summary

Synstack Technologies is seeking a Repair Design Engineer to support aerostructures non-conformance disposition, repair design, and documentation. You will develop repair concepts and substantiate technical solutions for both metallic and composite structures.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design and Certification teams to ensure releases and changes are properly controlled and traceable.

Responsibilities

• Repair design experience with CATIA V5 and GD&T for aero structures (metallic/composite).
• Engineering release/change control and repair substantiation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams.

Repair Design Engineer to support aerostructures non-conformance disposition, repair design, discrepant hardware evaluation, repair concepts, technical substantiation, and repair documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Repair design with CATIA V5 and GD&T of Aero structures metallic and/or composite structures,
• Engineering release/change control, repair substantiation
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams.
