Job summary

Accord Technologies Inc. seeks Repair Design Engineers for a 12-month on-site role in Wichita, KS. Candidates should have 5–25 years of aerospace experience, a Bachelor's in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, and strong CAD/ GD&T skills.

Responsibilities include repair design, MRB support, and cross-functional coordination across manufacturing, quality, stress, and certification teams. Experience with fuselage, wings, pylon products, and familiarity with aircraft primary/secondary structures

Qualifications

• Experience in repair design for aero structures.
• Hands-on exposure to non-conformances (MRB) and repair dispositions.
• Knowledge of GD&T and aerospace materials.

Responsibilities

• Repair design with CATIA V5 and GD&T for aero structures (metallic/composite).
• Engineering release/change control, repair substantiation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Stress, Design, and Certification teams.
• Fuselage/nacelle/pylon product knowledge is a plus.
