Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 5+ years diagnosing/repairing heavy equipment.
• 1 year of management experience with P&L preferred.
• 2 years of customer service in the heavy equipment industry.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver\'s license with clean record.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for customers seeking service work.
• Qualify repair needs and gather information for quotes.
• Perform sales functions (quotes, estimates, bids) for service.
• Coordinate with pricing and sales to provide quotes.
• Schedule and manage service calls and warranty/policy issues.
• Provide frequent status updates and upsell when appropriate.
