Job summary

Innomotics is seeking a Customer Service Repair Center Technician in the United States to inspect, repair, assemble, and document processes for low and medium voltage drives and PCBs. You will support material receiving and coordinate with warehouse and shipping to ensure timely service operations. The role requires a HS diploma, 5+ years of experience, safety awareness, and strong problem-solving skills.

IPC-610 and NFPA70E knowledge are preferred. Strong teamwork and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized skill training/certification may be required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of operations, methods, and practices.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the role.
• Ability to work in a team and wear safety equipment.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Explorer and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair products with voltages from 0-3kV.
• Wire and assemble drives and subassemblies using tools.
• Follow ISO procedures and customer specifications.
• Document procedures on the Repair process.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance for approvals.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against docs.
• Assist in basic plumbing duties within area if required.
• Lift and move products using cranes and pallet jacks.
