Job summary

Philabundance is seeking a Supervisor of Repack to lead a team of associates and volunteers in a high-volume warehouse environment. You will mentor, train and manage performance, ensuring safety, accuracy and on-time packing of donated food.

The role blends leadership with hands-on tasks in a cooler/freezer, requiring strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to Serve Safe guidelines. Occasional travel and flexible hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred; must certify within 30 days of hire.
• Forklift certification highly preferred; purview includes moving products in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of associates and volunteers to meet packing and repack targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and standard operating procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Quality Control, and Warehouse staff to track and optimize activity.
