Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Walker, MI, is seeking a Repack Team Member to support production by repacking products from storage into customer-ready containers and labeling them accordingly.

Positions are available on 1st shift (6AM-2PM) or 2nd shift (2PM-10PM) Monday to Friday, with possible overtime to meet deadlines. A high school diploma or GED and English proficiency are required; ESOP benefits highlight employee ownership.

Responsibilities

• Repack various parts into different containers.
• Print and label new containers via Plex.
• Complete one part number at a time.
• Communicate with supervision on daily objectives and repack requirements.
• Demonstrate proper lifting techniques.
• Follow plant rules including dress, hair and cell phone usage.
