• Organize pick tickets and match to service repair units daily.
• Verify serial numbers with equipment and pick tickets before packaging.
• Maintain organized housekeeping of all goods and storage areas.
• Use Oracle to create labels when needed.
• Process pickers and deliver product to appropriate departments.
• Maintain high quality in all packaging processes; ensure correct shipments.
• Report safety hazards or equipment breakdowns to supervisors.
• Adhere to packaging work instructions and notify when out of date.
• Maintain inventory levels using the KB process and alert supervisor when low.
• Support production packaging and receiving as needed.
