Accelera currently seeks a Repack Associate for 1st shift in Otsego, MN. This full-time, temp-to-hire role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour.

You will handle repack tasks, assist with material handling, and support inventory data entry in a high-volume warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will be dependable, physically capable of standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and wearing steel-toe footwear, with basic computer skills and a strong safety

• Facilitate the movement, sorting, and handling of goods throughout the repack cycle.

• Utilize digital systems to input, monitor, and refresh inventory data.
• Ensure accuracy by strictly adhering to provided operational guidelines.
• Contribute to a safer workplace by following all established safety protocols.
• Keep the workspace tidy and orderly to improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure daily warehouse goals are met.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in production, material handling, or warehouse settings is a plus.
