100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate in Rogers, MN. The role involves picking and staging with forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring accurate ERP movements.

You will process stock transfers, replenish production areas, and uphold safety and warehouse policies. Collaboration with multiple teams is essential. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year warehousing experience.

• 1+ year in a regulated warehousing/distribution environment.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
• Works independently and with a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Professional, cooperative communication with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Pick and stage materials on time with the correct equipment (forklift, stock picker, reach as applicable).
• Load and unload trucks; complete carrier paperwork and labels.
• Perform physical and ERP goods movements to keep data accurate.
• Process material requests and stock transfers; replenish production areas.
• Maintain compliance with control procedures and warehouse policies.
• Help sustain a safe, clean work environment.
