Job summary

Accelera currently seeks a Repack Associate for 1st shift in Otsego, MN. This full-time, temp-to-hire role runs Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a pay rate of $18.75 per hour.

You will handle repack tasks, assist with material handling, and support inventory data entry in a high-volume warehouse setting. The ideal candidate will be dependable, physically capable of standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, and wearing steel-toe footwear, with basic computer skills and a strong safety

Qualifications

• Able to operate basic computer systems and input data with accuracy.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Manage bin loading and waste disposal within the repack department.
• Organize and prepare materials for processing and shipping.
• Move, sort, and handle goods throughout the repack cycle.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks efficiently to maintain productivity.
• Use digital systems to input and monitor inventory data.
