Job summary

NOTS Logistics in Lebanon, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Repack Associate to support our warehouse operations. You will repack products, verify accuracy, use RF scanners, and input transactions in the warehouse system while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, 1st shift with weekly pay and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Repack products from cartons into totes according to work instructions and customer requirements.
• Weigh totes and properly place Kanban labels and materials.
• Utilize RF scanners to locate, verify, and process inventory.
• Log into warehouse management systems and accurately input and verify transactions.
• Verify products, packaging, labels, and work orders for accuracy.
• Scan pallets and complete required documentation and log sheets.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with 5S practices.
• Assist with training and supporting team members.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Weekly Pay
Full-Time | 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 5:45 AM - 1:45 PM
Overtime and weekends as needed.
