Rail Events Productions Inc in New Orleans is seeking Retail Agents to support seamless retail operations for THE POLAR EXPRESS Train Ride. You will greet guests, process purchases, and maintain an inviting merchandise area.

This seasonal, on-site role requires strong customer service, reliable teamwork, and the ability to handle transactions accurately. Training will align with the immersive theater experience, and employees may receive incentives and meals on event days.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong collaborator with an elevated level of reliability, organization and accountability.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests and team members.
• Cash handling experience a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency: familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.

Serving as a primary point of contact, they create a welcoming and memorable first impression for every guest. They deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate transactions, and consistent adherence to visual merchandising standards.
