Collaboration with Front of House and Business Managers ensures a smooth, memorable guest experience during our immersive event season. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is a plus.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Friendly, well-spoken manner in personal communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with questions, purchases, and service needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Serve as a knowledgeable contact for merchandise or event information.
• Support merchandising and restocking of products.
• Learn and operate the POS system for accurate transactions.
• Collaborate with the event team to create a positive guest experience.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for each event day.

Serving as a primary point of contact, they create a welcoming and memorable first impression for every guest. They deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate transactions, and consistent adherence to visual merchandising standards.
