Job summary

White Star Machinery - Tulsa is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Yard Attendant to join our growing team. If you enjoy working around construction equipment, keeping machines clean, and take pride in a job well done, this role offers daily responsibilities in a hands-on environment.

The position includes equipment prep, loading/unloading, customer assistance, and yard maintenance. We value reliability, safety, and willingness to learn, with opportunities for advancement within a family-friendly

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• General labor experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment by washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, and documenting on computer/paperwork.
• Load and unload equipment with basic operation instructions and document condition on returns.
• Assist customers and store staff across departments.
• Sweep and clean the yard, organize the yard, wash bay upkeep, and dispose of trash.
• Assist with drafting rental agreements.
• Perform additional general labor as assigned.

Monday - Friday Dayshift

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
• Assist with composing rental agreements
• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
• Exposed to outside elements
• One year general labor experience is preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing
