Bobcat of North Texas in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Rental Yard Attendant to join our team. This role focuses on preparing equipment, assisting customers, and keeping the yard organized.

You will wash and grease equipment, perform basic checks, help with rental agreements, and handle general labor with a safety-first mindset. Reliability and communication are essential assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing is required.
• One year of general labor experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment by washing, greasing, and checking fluids and operation.
• Load/unload equipment with proper safety checks and documentation.
• Assist customers and store departments as needed.
• Sweep and clean yard, wash bays, and dispose of trash.
• Assist with composing rental agreements and paperwork.
• Perform additional general labor as assigned.

Monday - Friday Dayshift

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.
• Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.
• Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal
• Assist with composing rental agreements
• Additional general labor as assigned

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
• One year general labor experience is preferred, but not required.
