White Star Machinery in Tulsa, OK is seeking a detail-oriented Rental Yard Attendant to join our team. You will prepare equipment, perform basic maintenance, and ensure accurate paperwork for rentals.

This role involves loading and unloading gear, assisting customers across store departments, yard cleaning, and helping to draft rental agreements. The position offers health and dental insurance, 401K, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Positive outlook and excellent communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequent lifting/carrying 50–100 lbs and/or 20–50 lbs and/or 10–20 lbs.
• Exposed to outside elements.
• One year general labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Preparing equipment: washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, ensuring proper operation, and documenting on computer/paperwork.
• Loading/unloading equipment with proper operation instructions and damage checks; document conditions.
• Assisting customers and store: helping with all departments of the store.
• Sweeping/yard cleaning: organizing yard, cleaning wash bay, trash disposal.
• Assist with composing rental agreements.
• Additional general labor as assigned.

Monday - Friday Dayshift

Responsibilities

Preparing equipment which includes, Washing, greasing, checking fluid levels, checking for proper operation, filling out documentation on computer and paperwork, doing minor repairs.

Loading and unloading of equipment which includes, Proper instructions on basic operation, checking for damage on returns, documentation on condition, loading and unloading on trucks and trailers.

Assisting customers and store which includes, helping with all departments of the store.

Sweeping and cleaning which includes, helping with yard cleaning, yard organizing, cleaning wash bay when needed, trash disposal

Assist with composing rental agreements

Additional general labor as assigned
