Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Rental Yard Associate to join our team in the United States. You will help prep rental orders, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and readiness for deliveries on projects across construction sites.

You’ll work Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in a leading North American distributor of construction products. No relocation needed; apply today and join a supportive, dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a rental yard or related environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Removes dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and area using provided hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ensures all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Inspects all rental equipment for damage. Reports any damage according to established procedure.
• Oils and lubricates all tools, equipment and tilt-up braces according to specifications.
• Prepares and stages rental orders to go out for delivery.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment.
• Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.
