White Cap is seeking a Rental Yard Associate in the United States to support branches with gear prep, inspection, and safe operation. You will help ensure rental tools are reliable for construction projects and prepared for delivery.

The role requires up to 2 years of experience, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and comfort working outdoors with forklifts; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Competitive benefits and a steady schedule accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for 60 minutes or more.
• Knowledge of construction products.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Removes dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and area using provided hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ensures all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Inspects all rental equipment for damage.
• Reports any damage according to established procedure.
• Oils and lubricates all tools, equipment and tilt-up braces according to specifications.
• Prepares and stages rental orders to go out for delivery.
• Follows company safety policy and procedures.
• Reports any damage according to established procedure.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds in a physical environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

A Rental Yard Associate at White Cap…

• Ability to work Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4 PM
• Ability to Work Outdoors
• Ability to Heavy Lift Up to 75 pounds
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Knowledge of Machines and Hand & Power tools
• Bilingual-Spanish is a plus
