White Cap is hiring immediately for a Rental Yard Associate. You will remove debris, inspect equipment, prepare orders for delivery, and maintain equipment condition on site. The role includes physical duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

The position favors candidates with forklift experience, knowledge of construction products, and Spanish language skills, offering opportunities in a growing national distributor serving major projects.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in rental yard or similar environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for 60 minutes or more.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Removes dirt, concrete, or debris from rental equipment and area using hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Ensures all rental equipment is in good, usable condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Inspects rental equipment for damage and reports per procedure.
• Oils and lubricates tools, equipment and tilt-up braces per specifications.
• Prepares and stages rental orders for delivery.
• Follows company safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.

A Rental Yard Associate at White Cap…

• Removes dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment and area using provided hand tools and cleaning equipment.

• Ensures all rental equipment is in good, useable condition before it goes out to the customer.

• Inspects all rental equipment for damage. Reports any damage according to established procedure.

• Prepares and stages rental orders to go out for delivery.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.
