Job summary

Pat Milliken Ford in Michigan is seeking a Rental Vehicle Associate to clean vehicles inside and out, assist with moving vehicles, and interact with customers. You will also handle basic paperwork and coordinate scheduling.

The role emphasizes a team oriented, energetic individual with a clean driving record who can deliver a high quality rental experience. Weekend shifts are possible; benefit-minded dealership culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Clean vehicle exterior by hand, brush or by operating washing equipment as necessary
Determine need for and add windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and antifreeze
May assist with local automobile deliveries
PickUp/Deliver Loaner vehicles to customers at home or office
Responsible for the loaner fleet being clean and ready for customer use
Coordinate scheduling of vehicles for customers
Complete necessary paperwork and reporting
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer
Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
Suggest additional options to customers based on their needs.
