Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is hiring for seasonal dining roles at its on-mountain location in Snowshoe, West Virginia. Positions start late November to early December, with a schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Housing is available, and employees receive ski privileges, dining discounts, and a 401(k) option. Provide excellent guest service, handle orders, and maintain clean service stations while ensuring legal-age verification for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks in a timely manner
• Recommend dining options by being knowledgeable of menu and special offerings
• Assist team in keeping service stations stocked and clean
• Provide information to guests by being knowledgeable of the resort
• Verify guest are of legal age before serving alcohol by asking for identification
• Ensures proper distribution of revenue by balancing bank and performing closeout reports at end of shift
