Job summary

TP busca un Rental Specialist remoto para Lima. El candidato apoyará a los clientes en sus necesidades de transporte, brindando asesoría de alto nivel y manteniendo registros precisos de las interacciones.

Se requiere capacidad de comunicación fluida en español e inglés intermedio-avanzado, con actitud proactiva. Se ofrece formación remunerada, teletrabajo y beneficios, con contrato estable tras el periodo de prueba.

Qualifications

• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente o ventas.
• Habilidad para comunicarse claramente en español e inglés (nivel intermedio-avanzado).
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota desde Lima.

Responsibilities

• Asesorar a clientes sobre necesidades de transporte y promociones.
• Resolver problemas en la primera llamada con servicio de alta calidad.
• Mantenerse actualizado sobre promociones, productos y actualizaciones para informar a los clientes.
• Comunicación fluida en un entorno global y multilingüe.
• Entregar comunicaciones claras, atractivas y efectivas en cada interacción.
