Mt. Hood Skibowl invites applications for a full-time role at Government Camp, OR, covering the Rental Shop, Tickets, and Lift Operations.

You will greet guests, train rental staff, adjust and educate on ski/snowboard use, and manage daily shop operations including paperwork, inventory, and cash handling. Ideal candidates have 18+ years old with experience in managing people and equipment, basic computer skills, and a strong team mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous tech experience with skis and snowboards preferred.
• Must be able to deal with high volumes of people in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Must not be color blind.
• Must have prior experience in managing people and equipment.
• Must have prior experience in handling money.
• Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office a plus).
• Must have High School Diploma.
• Able to work well with others in a TEAM environment.
• Able to lift 40lbs over your head.
• Able to discipline when necessary.
• Able to handle confrontations.
• Must be able to delegate properly based on days priorities.
• Must be able to work Holidays, Weekends and Nights.
• Must be able to stand entire shift.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service at all times.
• Train, assist and manage all rental shop employees.
• Adjust ski and snowboard equipment and teach skills to others.
• Handle opening and closing duties.
• Ensure rental paperwork is complete and accurate.
